I decided to get back to a bit of fasting after more than a year. I’m 33, male, and have fasted earlier between 1 and 7 days.
As of now, I plan to water fast one day a week, or about that. I ate my last meal on Sunday evening, and now it is Tuesday morning here, and I have only had water. Since I’ve been away from fasting for a while, I have a few questions.
1. How should I break this day long fast, or precisely, 36 hour fast? I thought of eating fruit, but I am very hungry and I would like something that is more filling. If I eat a lot of fruit, I am afraid of getting a sugar spik ...
