Good job thus far, fasting for 6 days. Please continue as much as you can.
Also you are much better off than many, you have accepted your failings. So you will find a way to solve your issues. Not to discourage you, but seven day fast is not going to reset your eating habits. It will take a lot of effort and conscious thinking.
First, you can break your fast with freshly squeezed lemon juice in water. Then you can eat a whole lemon. You can slowly add tomatoes and vegetables. For a few days, just eat mono meals, one thing at a time, eat when you are hungry and not by the clock.
After three days you can eat salads, but try not to add too much oil, add lemon juice liberally. Stay on raw diet as long as you can, then add some cooked meals. Grow your own sprouts and consume them raw. Eat kimchee, plain yogurt, sauerkraut, and kefir with every meal alternating these every meal, this will help with your gut microbiome. This will also help with Sugar craving. Drink plenty water everyday, add some Sea Salt or Himalayan salt to water if you have hunger pangs and have aches and pain.
Eliminate all sugar products from your home. You can buy Stevia extract and add to anything that needs sugar in it. One drop of Stevia liquid can sweeten your tea. Also don’t buy things that are made in a plant, comes in boxes and cans, all processed foods. Eat foods that come from a plant not made in a plant.
When you are about to eat anything, pause, ask yourself, am I hungry? Then ask, is this good for me? Am I eating because of past programming, love the taste, and looks attractive? Then make a decision if you are going eat or not. When offered foods like cake, cookies, etc. you can say looks great, but not for me. If forced by anyone, you can say that you are working on adjusting to a new lifestyle and it is going well, but I cannot eat this food, it hurts my body. This is the hardest part in communal eating.
Lastly, do colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and Liver Flush to clean your body, this will help with all other health issues you may have.
Plan your meals ahead, so you will not just grab anything when hunger is very strong.
