Re: One day (1 day) long fast. Breakfast, sleep, cold.

A good thing you fasted 36 hours. This answer is late but will help you for future fasts and help other readers.

When you fast for a day or two you do not need to follow the fast breaking protocol. You can eat whatever you want, but not processed junk. Also cooking fruits kills all its enzymes, I rather eat raw fruits.

If you feel cold during a fast that is normal. If you feel cold after you start eating, I would do a basal temperature test to see if you are Iodine deficient. Basically keep a thermometer next to your pillow, when you wake up, without too much movement take your temperature from the left armpit. Do this test for three days. Then if your temperature is below 96 degree you need Iodine.

Sleep is erratic in any fast. Try to sleep between 10pm and 6am that is when your liver is cleaning your body.

Best wishes.
