dr shelton true or false?

too all you fasting experts, can you do a prolonged fast with heart disease/ weak heart....
when i fasted i could hardly feel my pulse is this normal...
secondly i read a post about someone going into the light after 14 days of waterfasting i cant find the link
so please please please can someone tell me if it is ok to fast did dr Shelton say anything to do with
curing heart disease through waterfast and was this true or false?
