Yes we are in the night of the sixth day, it's always darkest before the dawn. Did you notice that Adam was given dominion in the saventh day when God rest, and Adam hadn't done a thing, GOD DID IT ALL!

Rom. 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

Don't expect to fly away to some disneyland in the sky. God has other plans.

I heard a story some time ago about a woman who went to a silversmith to find out how they refine silver. He told her "you hold it over the fire and burn out all the impurities". She then asked him how you know when they are all burned out and it's pure. He said, "when you can see your image in it!!!!!!!" When all this purifying process is over the greatest refiner the world will ever know, will see His image in us!
Mal. 3:2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap: 3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.
