Re: why jesus remains hidden
"why do you think jesus christ has to be revealed? it is because he is and remains hidden."
I agree with ^^^^ THAT ^^^^ too.
Except for maybe I'd reword it: "Why do you think Jesus has YET to reveal himself? It is because he chose THEN and chooses to remain NOW hidden."

I know this is not God's world ... it is not Jesus' world.
I know many people hope for a time when all men of good will and "working together through love" can bring about a vast revival which will influence governments and bring the world peace at last.
I also know my bible does not prophesy such things.
I know my bible says Satan has deceived the institutions of this world (Revelation 12:9) ... he is the "prince of the power of the air" (Ephesians 2:2) ... and he is the present "god of this world" (2 Corinthians 4:4).
So, therefore, I know Satan is the architect of this world's institutions ... its governments, its societies, and its religions.
I know the world is in total spiritual darkness ... deceived by Satan.
I know Jesus did not (does not) attempt to penetrate the veil of darkness and deception that clouded most men's minds.
I know his disciples, wondering why Jesus spoke in puzzles and riddles to his audiences, asked Him why He did this.
I know Jesus responded with: "It is given unto you (His disciples) to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given ... therefore I speak unto them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them!" (Matthew 3:10-16.)
So ... I think I know Jesus was telling them He was making a conscious decision to speak in puzzling terms, LEST those people should understand, and become converted.
(Isn't that why He quoted Isaiah's prophecy which said the masses would have become deceived; that their ears would hear words, but not understand the deep, spiritual intent; that they had closed their eyes to God's truth?)
