I'm curious about this condition after reading your posts. I don't have this but I'm pretty sure my boss has it. He seems to be unaware of it because he talks to me standing very close and leans over my shoulder and his breath is just horrible. It smells, literally, like dogshit. Everyone around the company talks about him but because I'm his assistant (and he is the president) I try not to say anything. People suggest it's because he doesn't brush or floss but he has very nice teeth and seems to take care of them well. I do know that he is a vegetarian, as is his whole family, and they practice some kind of middle-eastern faith, I don't know if they eat indian food but I always wondered if it was the spices or a purely vegetarian diet or some supplement he takes that causes the odor. Maybe it is just the body chemistry of certain people - I have to wear a type of deoderant that doesn't contain aluminum because regular anti-perspirants begin to smell like skunk when they mix with my chemistry - could it maybe be hormonal for some people?
