When I take Intestamine, I take 5 grams twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, so whatever the equivalent dose is for Intestinew should probably work. The thing about L-Glutamine is that you can't really overdose, so I'm sure if you did 5 grams 3x/day, that would be fine too.
