I'm glad I could help :) I think that's the best thing that can come out of an ED - compassion. You come to understand a lot about the different emotions that people feel, because EDs are so deeply roots in difficult and complex emotions. Don't worry, when you come out of this you'll be a better person :) Take it one step at a time, and treat each hard spot as a learning opportunity. It's not the end of the world, just a chance for you to learn.

I'm not on a water fast, I've never done water fasts. I don't think it's a good idea for people with EDs to water fast, personally. I think it would upset the electrolytes too much and I think some people use it as an opportunity to lose weight. Juice fasting I have done, but am not doing right now. You may find juicing and making living food smoothies helps you to kick your addiction to fast food. Here's some good recipes:
