you are absolutely right...i know my throat hurts from throwing up so much. it's like an addiction. some people have issues with alcohol, some with drugs, mine happens to be with food. that is incredibly irronic because i honestly, at least sometimes or in some ways i guess, am an extremely healthy person. i love to exersize and again i loved my raw food diet for the time period i was on it, and have been a vegetarian so long. but that i starting throwing up and i just have such an issue stopping...i get a sense of control. it's disturbing but the truth. i do need self discipline and get over the whole gluttony issue your right its just a struggle i haven't quite completely conquered, but i am getting there. sometimes i wont want to and then i'll have an apple and then from there i can't stop until i'm in the bathroom. anyways, the 300 a week came from eating out once or twice a day. the only food i ate was when i yaked it out. for example if it was monday and i was hungry i would eat around five o'clock and i would order, lets say from olive garden....but i would order enough for two plus deserts. then tuesday i might order two times but from applebees and texasroadhouse, and so on....to it wasn't like i was going grocery shopping just for myself but occassionally would do the same thing with groceries just in a different way...i might buy all sweet or almost all junk food and a couple sweets and so forth...

anyways, so do you have an issues with food or disorders...you seemed very informative in your response and i am just curious...if you would rather not talk about it i completely understand...thanks for reading
