I too have suffered from severe Acne that caused me to become a shut-in and isolate myself from family and friends. I also rely on alchohol to give me the strength to face the world. Do you also notice that the alchohol usually worsens the acne? It does for me anyhow. I have spent thousands of dollars on doctors and products to clear my skin. Nothing ever helped. Last month I finally foung a product that cleared up my face about 75%. Now, to me, that is very good. Please don't get angry with me if it doesn't work. Like I said, it's not a miracle cure, but it did give me noticible improvement unlike any other product. It is a face mask made by Queen Helene called The Mint Julep Mask. It can be bought at Walgreens.I wash my Face with Nivea Visage oil-controling face wash then apply a good layer of the mask all over the entire face and neck. Let dry and then wear it to bed. Wash off the mask in the morning with the face wash. Repeat this process for about seven days. That is how long it took me to see some results. If you do start to see results, keep using this product. I've been using it for about a month now and I actually have been getting complimented on how much my skin has cleared. I will never stop using this product. It saved my life. I truly hope it will save yours. Please give it a try. We, as Acne sufferers have nothing to lose, except are minds. Like I said, give it a try. I'm not positive it will have the same effect on you that it had on me. But I hope it does and I hope you tell me about your results.
