Yes, I know about Owen and his ground flax seed...he had me get that quite a while ago...and I did try it...but maybe I didn't give it enough time. I dont' know.

Owen is a very close friend...and he has been trying to help me for 3 + years. I've
tried so many things he's mentioned...he even sent me some things just a couple of
weeks ago...he's such a priceless person...words just cannot say enough good things
about Owen. And what he sent me 'did help some'...in fact, I though I was on a roll... :-) but after a few days I could see it wasn't going to be what saved me. :-/

I'll go to this Naturopath Friday and see what she says...and probably have my first
colonic. Once I have a few of them...if I CAN have them...I assume most anyone can
have a colonic...it would be just my luck she'll say..."well, since you're only
5 foot...blah blah blah" :-/ No, really...I think it will be fine...but I really
am feeling desperate about this. We were about to head out on a 2 week vacation out West and we've postponed it for a few weeks. I'm just too comsumed with this
problem...we're going to wait until I can concentrate on more pleasant things. :-)

Thanks for your input. I'll post again late Friday or early Saturday so
those following my horrid story will know what happened. kathryn
