Re: Where to find Lugol's?
I guess I made myself out to be more pathetic then I am. :)
A few years ago I did a year on P&B shakes. The smelliest year of my life, actually. Since then I've continued on with a more mild intestinal cleanse and I've done several
parasite cleanses.
Two months ago I started
coffee enemas and added fresh juices to my diet. I'm trying hard to reduce my consumption of white flour and milk, but I am finding it very difficult as I'm not at home at the moment and don't have time to make meals from scratch. Right now, for me, it's a choice between time for exercise and time for cooking. I choose exercise.
As for sugar, I only eat it immediately before, during or after a workout as I loathe the way it makes me feel otherwise.
As for the rest...
My eyes are clear, not red.
I got right arm pain prior to the
Liver Flushes but I haven't had any since. I'm not sure if it was related to gall-bladder problems or my exercise of choice which is Jui-jitsu. I noticed the
coffee enemas reduced pain in general.
As for the pain in my right side, I tore my obliques a few years ago and it's hard to untangle any pain that might result from that vs. gall-bladder pain. Although I did have deeper twinges before and during the first month of coffee enemas. Now they're gone.
I don't drink any water that isn't RO distilled. I don't over-eat.
I usually do about 1 and a half to two hours of exercise five to six days a week. Either wrestling or 7.5 miles on the eliptical at a jogging pace (I tore my calf muscle so no treadmill anymore for me). On my days off I do 20-30 minutes of stepping or brisk walking.
Exercise is my top priority. Of all the things I do for my health, it gives me the greatest feeling of well-being.
