It makes sense the mucous plaque is there for a reason. But anecdotally people sure do seem to feel better after they gone through these cleanses. I sure have needed to do coffee enemas while I was on iodine. I now seem to need them far less to maintain my energy.

I wonder if the plaque needs to be temporarily removed and allowed to rebuild after the heavy metals are detoxed. Dr. Gonzales, one of the top alternative pancreatic cancer docs, has his patients do coffee enemas twice daily to keep the cancer metabolites moving out of the system.
