Also... I have read a suggested dose of 8 drops Ludol's solution. Plus 2x1500mg Ester C an hour later with 1 tsp salt.

Is it healthy to consume that much salt at one go? Should it be disolved in water? Would any natural Sea Salt do or does it have to be a particular kind?
