Hello Azi,
Everyones reaction can be a little different.If you use 10 capsules,I wouldn't worry about a slight loss when emptying the capsules.Remember eat NO PROCESSED FOOD.Any amount will cause problems(blood).The label on the vitamin E should read 100% mixed tocopherols.sheldon
