I have read your instructions carefully and will try it out. I've had UC for like 13 years now. I also told about some alternative curing methods to my doctor, but I got more or less the same reaction as most of us get: they laugh it away or get angry. I have a theory about this Doctor's reactions: As they never investigate any suggestions made on alternative curing methods, I strongly suspect them from not wanting to investigate. The reason behind this is very simple: If an easy, alternative method would work, they would not make any money anymore, so they prefer to keep the cash cow going with the traditional medicine...

By the way, I've also got a question on the enema procedure. You write for the first day the following:
"Day 1 –start by empting 2 capsules of vitamin E into 1.5 tablespoons of distilled water (the same volume as a corticoid enema) 800 I U total. Do this by sticking a pin into a capsule and squeeze out the contents. Suck up the mixture (it does not dissolve in the water). I used a small tapered wine glass."

It's not so clear to me if I already have to use the enema as from day 1. Or do we just have to take the vitamines orally the first day. And my second question is: how long do you keep the mixture of vitamine E in your rectum after using the enema?
