Re: Vitamin E enema Procedure

A bottle of Vitamin E can be labled natural with only 10% natural
vitamin E and 90% synthetic vitamin E. However, it can't use 100%natural on the lable.Synthetic vitamin E is not absorbed by the body and of no use for the vitamin E enema procedure.Look for the 100% natural lable.

.Vitamin E: how to know if it is synthetic or
natural.d-alpha tocoperol is natural Vitamin E dl-
alpha tocopherol is synthetic Synthetic. The word
natural can be used by a manufacturer if a blend of
10% of natural vitamin E and 90% synthetic vitamin E
and still be label the product as natural vitamin E.
Synthetic vitamin E is cheaper, and research shows
that it is not absorbed by the body. All synthetic
begins with "dl". Look on the back of the bottle and
if "dl" is stated (dl-alpha tocopherol) then it is
synthetic. Natural vitamin E is utilized by the body
effectively.Chemical Name Common
Named-alpha tocopherol Natural Vitamin E
d-alpha tocopheryl acetate Natural Vitamin E Acetate
dl-alpha tocopherol Synthetic Vitamin E
dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate Synthetic Vitamin E
Acetate
