I have just found out about this web page and I think it's great all the information that is being shared. My husband was just diagnosed with UC. We can't figure out how he got it since he is very health cautious. If someone could please email me this diet that is being discussed I would really appreciate it. My email is dafnep@yahoo.com.
If any one can make any other recommendations that would be great. I will continue to check on this forum for new information.
