Hi.
I've been without a colon for 23 years. 6 months ago I developed IBS, then an abcess and now have a fistula too. I just want to get on the right track.
Would you recommend juicing for someone like me? I'm pretty sure I've abused my small intestine with much much fruit but very little vegatables over the years. Now I'm learning how to care for a small intestine and the immune system. I'm off Sugar mostly (cut out beer too), preservatives , wheat. I bought a juicer, but I find that I have far more trouble if I drink a green drink raw.
Would you recommend boiling a green drink in my case? Any related content for my type of case?
