HI again, thank you for the answer, it is very helpful to know that there are a few different things i can try to help myself. i would like to ask your advice about fasting, i've read about it and willing to try 7 to 10 day fasting. do you think this might help. logically if you think about it 7 days without food will give the colon to heal on its own without anything to deal with, but the question is do i still take vitamins?
