Hello,
I am CURED.My total colon was effected with two stricture and was advised to remove my colon.All my colonoscopy results show no problems.No vitamin E enemas or any medication in 25 years.I have not had any problems with resturant meals.However,
I still eat a large variety of cooked vegetables every day.Occasional salad.No fruits except bananas.Stool form and number of bowel movements still point the way for my food choices.After you colon is healed,your different food choices can be
tried one at a time.
