Just got a batch of 'c' maple syrup from a momandpopshop.

It's not certfied organic only because A)he's to cheap to pay the cert fee
and B)uses 4 taps instead of 3, he says he uses only big trees though when tapping

He doesn't have any book or anything...I tried to search for the ebook though couldn't find it, do you still have,Z? "C" tastes like molasses...can't find much nutritional info since every batch is diff...I'd guess and say a lot of potassium.
