Re: get the fluke outta here!
Heh~~we all knew he was bragging...like some
men love to do...I have more, mine are bigger,
that kind of stuff. Rumor has it he wants to
come back and do it again. He did help me get
over my
Epsom Salt gag-factor. He calmly stood
at the sink and drank down the
Epsom Salt water
without fanfare or drama. He turned and put the
glass down, not bad, he said. I was impressed
and so I find myself thinking, well CH does not
think these taste bad, and so it must be my mind
that is thinking they were so yuck. I gave it
up.
I do use the inverter. It keeps me from using
a chiropractor much. Also good for lymph. I
suppose you could use it as a slant board which
I have done with wheatgrass implants. I bet that
would help with detox.
HA~! Your friend never watched the *video* or
else he would have known all he had to do was
bend his knees and that would have allowed him to
pull himself back to balance.
I am really stoked about using the clay for heavy
metal chelation. I sure think I am thinking clearer
although I didnt remember thinking unclearly but
something has shifted and I have noticed it.
Yeah, lecithin makes a good emulsifier. I bought
the liquid but have yet to spoon it down...soon ~:p
If you were asking about
The Master Cleanse book??
Google Master Cleanse pdf and its right there. Spirit
has asked me not to post the link and I respect his
request...
The darker the honey the higher the nutritional value.

I have used local stuff...and would if I could get it.
If you are where you can get maple syrup that is that
dark, that sounds good. Often lots of different tree
syrup is mixed but if this guys is'nt the taste could
taste even more unique because it has not been all
mixed together...
No, I MCed not very long ago and am onto a liver flushing
experiment with the lime and egg flush. I am doing a couple
of weeks of clay in between two series of flushes which
use a dozen eggs, 2 a day, so two sets of 6 days.
I did note your cayenne delivery improvement. I use a
straw and so not sure if it would be the same. I am using
the cayenne, which I made up a shaker full of the good
stuff, and shake it on everything I can. Eggs, rice, soup,
lemonade...I feel I can really tolerate a high dose.
When you sip up the cayenne, does it affect your lips at
all??
