Re: get the fluke outta here!
HA~! I look forward to hearing about your liver
flushing experience. Be sure to use that strainer
since you may be surprised. I had a friend flush
his liver here and he was your age. He came out
all amazed and proudly declared he had passed
5000 stones~!
I think one thing I had done for years but had
then stopped once I was traveling so much, was
taking lecithin. It comes in liquid or pearls
and in the heat, the pearls are not really stable
so I gave it up and the years after seemed to
be when my gallbladder began to complain.
Also, the national push to limit fat did not serve
us well since now we know we need to limit bad
fats but good oils like hemp, flax, olive, coconut
and others are important to maintain good liver
function.
I have enjoyed using the lime-egg flush, although
certainly enemas arent my idea of a daily enjoyment
but I will do them and the next time may try the
Epsom Salts that Arkie described. I have already
begun to use lecithin again which helps prevent
the formation of stones...
One thing about parasites...they are not out to kill
you but adapt and go with the flow so-to-speak. You
could have many generations of flukes but even
expelling one generation, these hermaphodite flukes
make more and more...and so as part of a good body
maintenance program,
parasite cleansing also comes
in handy. I am just about done with my winter one.
I like to do one after summer when I am more apt
to pick up stuff. Most of the dead ones seem to get
recycled and digested but it is sure possible to see
squigglees in one's stool. I prefer not to look too
hard and dont unless I am expecting some calcified
stones.
Sounds like your son has some great ideas coming up~!
Sounds too like you are the kind of dad to encourage
him~~! :)
Are you oil pulling yet?? If not, another fun activity
in the world of good body maintenance to look forward
to and share.
Let us know how the
Liver Flush goes...after a 50 day
MC run, you may be a perfect candidate for one~~!
Things my way good. I am experimenting with clay
which is so appalling to my neighbor. He incredulously
mutters over and over, "she's eating dirt~!". I am
waiting until the heat of the summer again to MC.
In between, its
Liver Flushing and using the clay to
pull out heavy metals. Herbal teas and still detoxing
from my holiday fasting which seemed to bring up much
emotional detoxing...its all good :)
I wish you great success on your 50 day Master Cleanse.
Great to have your input on board daily again~~ :p
blessings,
Zoe
