I found the book on line, I thought I was losing my mind when I couldn't find it here...I notice more things are missing as well...ah, censorship...thanks Z and Nick
I just wanted the guy to have something fast that he could read...he's doing the cleanse blind.
I love the maple grade C. It is loaded with good stuff I can tell, made from the last tapping before the maple trees bud...thicker, tastes more like ,no not chicken, blackstrap...the 'mom and pop' live in Vermont, they said that although
C is least expensive, it takes more time...most C grades are the bottom of the barrel or burned pans...not theirs...
so do you emulsify the clay and drink it? I've done clay mud baths ...never eaten..
well maybe alittle in a mud pie as a kid.
I searched for purifiers before...I am concerned about the leaching effects of distilled water, what does everyone think about that?
In Hawaii we have catchment water, or reclaimed rain water, that wrecks pipes prematurely by leaching the minerals out of the pipe . I know that I do not recommend distilled water during an Master-Cleanse for this reason.
The 'float the cayenne on top of the lemonade" trick works great, the cayenne stays dry until it goes down the pipe. No heat on the lips and very little on the tongue, some on the throat as normal ,though nothing like the regular way...
I think I am going to taper off on the cayenne though...I'm eliminating lots of mucus...however this is the first cleanse that I have not seen any klingons since the last few days...I think I have done and eaten and lived pretty well since my last 45er...the mucus is a sign that the walls are fully exposed and funtioning properly...I really do advise for those on short cleanses and those on their first cleanses to up the cayenne...it really helps scrub! I do half to a full teaspoon.
I know mentioned this several times;I heard Stanley on the radio decades ago say to shoot for 2-3 tablespoons per day on and off the cleans...
