Re: Less than Cold

It was a balmy 11 degrees here today...but had a beautiful sunshiny (hmm, is that really a word?) day! LOL If I did not have on like 3 shirts at work, thus knowing it was actually cold out, and listening to other's complain about it, the sunshine could have fooled someone :). I love when I can open my house up and leave it open to bring in the outside yet that will wait for a couple, few months yet. Although it's all good. I have not chosen to leave here yet, so I will continue on with little (or less) complaining :D.

Right now, I am doing a parasite and colon cleanse, along with zappin'. OH and I oil pull now, also. Although I did do the Master-Cleanse back in October (said November yesterday but realized day after Halloween was my downfall :D) it was not too cold out then. We have been blessed this year. Our winter did not start (honestly) until January and that was more like the end of. Looks like schools will be closed again, in these neck of the woods, tomorrow. Too cold to even go to school...lol. After I finish this, I will do (after a brief break) a liver cleanse. I think I will do the egg/lime/oil mixture. Then I will have a friend come in from out of state in March. When she leaves I intend to do the MC, for a minimum of 30 days.

I don't seem to have any syptoms, other than occasionally getting real sleepy, on this cleanse. Good part is when I use the restroom, I feel better :D! OH and occasionally, I do have 'moments' where my pleasantness (LOL) is not so pleasant. Ironically though the reason I know it has to do with the cleanse, is because I am much more cheerful and happy than I was before I began this cleanse. LOL Who woulda thunk it?!
