Less than Cold

It was less than cold today~~! I opened windows
and went outside to soak up some rays of the good
stuff.

Not sure what to tell you about finding an idyllic
place to live. The weather everywhere is subject
to change it seems. Do try to see Gore's movie, An
Inconvenient Truth, since his predications would
preclude living lots of places where you are too
near water. Well, unless you have a houseboat~!

This year, we have had more cold and had serious
ice which is highly uncommon. Also, we are in
hurricane territory which is no fun. Katrina and
Rita were both sobering and it brought home how
fragile our infrastructure is, AND how you really
need to be prepared to take care of yourself.

Great job on the zapping. I used it like that when
I am sick and certainly in the beginning when I
was dealing with parasites for the first time. If
you feel like you are whipping up too much die off,
either cut back and allow the clean-up to catch up,
or drink plenty of water to dilute it and keep it
moving down and out.

Keep warm~~I admire those who Master-Cleanse in the cold since
I am one of those who tend to get cold doing the
cleanse. I did a short one in December and it reminded
me...ggg. I have a microwave heat pack I kept warming
up and carried around as my *comfie* :)
