Z I remember reading something a while back regarding cilantro and heavy metal chelation as being veeery effective. If I'm not mistaken they could tell that the levels of metals had significantly decreased withing just a 2 week period of using cilantro. I use to use parsley in my veggie juice mix but when I read about the cilantro heavy metal thing I started to juice cilantro instead. I also like the taste of it in the juice mo betta.
AFAIK the clay works because of it's highly absorbtive nature and it absorbs toxins in general from the intestinal tract and not through chemical binding which in my understanding is how heavy metal chelation works. Do you use the clay because the metals concetrate on the intestinal tract or is there something specific as to how clay works to extract heavy metals?
As an aside update on the LF front. This past year I only did one LF around Nov then as you know I did a 35 day MC in Dec and in mid Jan I tried the newfangled egg yolk lime oil LF for 4 days. It's hard to verify with the egg yolk thing the effects other than the stinky black stuff that one passes but no green nuggets. Sooo I decided to do the good ole Clark flush last night. Low a behold I only passed just a few little green nuggets hardly enough to take any notice of. I did pass some real stanky sludge so some signs of cleansing are evident.
The one notable difference in diet since my last MC is that I have been drinking anywhere from 8 to 12 OZ of apple juice everyday in my super drink mix and one of the benefits of apple juice is that it's supposed to soften liver stones. So I guess it most be a mix of the MC the egg yolk and the apple juice but I am mucho pleased not to see a buncha cholesterol stones!! I'll prolly try another Clark flush in about a month just to verify things.
