Re: heavy metal chelating (ot)
Yeah, I posted the link to the pesto recipe.
I am feeling though because both my last two
MCs my hair fell out which as you know is not
common and so I feel I still have a heavy metal
issue that I want to address.
I got 5 or 6 books on clay for Christmas and so
am enamored of exploring that option especially
the different kinds of clay. I have some Pascalite
and the Redmonds. I have always *felt* the difference
when using
Bentonite to *mop* up after the Master
Cleanse and so that is another reason I am interested
in learning more. I was introduced to the idea of
using clay internally about 1997 and am just really
getting around to actively investigating it.
Here are a couple pages from Shirley's Wellness
Cafe which can inspire your own renewed interest in
the *mud of the earth*~~

Summer will come and I will whip up some pesto in
addition but want to do this by itself to see how
it makes me feel. For now, I am impressed ~:)
The egg and lime
Liver Flush is supposed to dissolve
everything and so I am not surprised you are seeing
just black gunk. That was one of the signs to me it
was working~! I have been feeling movement in my liver
this week and so feel that the congestion is moving.
I will do another 6 days of the egg-lime flush and then
wait another 2 weeks and then do
The Clark Flush . I
expect to see NO stones and then can get on a maintenance
of lecithin and do the
Liver Flushing less frequently.
The apple juice is a great way to get in your malic
acid. It will soften stones for sure. Thankfully there
are options in liver flushing, so one should be able
to find one they like.
Sounds like you are making great progress~~
best wishes,
Zoe
