As an aside, I do feel that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) can sometimes create enough
pressure that stones just come out spontaneously. The green
softies are in your gallbladder and if you are already congested
they can be moved down and out. Detour strains more than most
of us, so notices it, but I think it is not uncommon...perhaps
next one I'll strain but probably have done so much liver flushing
now, my congestion is over :)

It would be interesting to see more info or studies on the MC,
but it must be good enough that it is still being used. Of course,
Stanley's work was based on older treatments and protocols so it
was already based in the culture, but he did standardize it...
