Remember that there is a cycle - when doing a cleanse, it takes energy and in some cases (like the MC), you're body is working, releasing toxins and not getting as many nutrients as it would otherwise. So after cleansing, say one or two events (like Master-Cleanse and Liver Flush), take a break and eat as well as possible with lots of veggies to rebuild. Then after rebuilding, you can take another step. It's all a process so just take one step at a time and it then becomes less overwhelming. Happy cleansing!
