I am on my 19 day of Master-Cleanse and this is the first time I am posting on this board. Do you know why? Because every single question that I have had and then some, someone already asked it and also responded to.

Newbies ... when you visit a new forum look at how old it is. Look at the numbers of members and try to realize that what you are going through, someone has already gone through it. I run other forums and it just amazes me how all the information is here, and free but folks don't want to take the time to search and read.

This is a very powerful and informative board and I am thankful you guys exist.

So the next time you have a question? Do a search. Your particular question has been asked before and the same response is given.

I realize that those of us with western type of thinking like to ask questions and want the answers now (called instant gratification) or are convinced that the way we ask the question is unique and different.

I have visited this forum (or others like it) off and on for many months, maybe years and from the hundreds of postings, knew I was not ready to do any type of fast ... but the day finally came. I was ready. I signed up and just started reading, reading, reading and reading. To coin a phrase what you want from this site depends on "how deep the rabbit hole you want to go"
