We've all got our pet peeves, and favorite words

Hello friends,

Pepe and Girlhome, I'd reply just to you if I could figure out how. I'm really not the kind of person to get involved in conversations like this; and they're the reason I don't post more. It's so easy to misinterpret things in writing from people you've never met. But I thought it was worth saying that, if you read my post again, you'll see it doesn't contradict almost anything you said in your replies. Pepe, I think there was a lot of great information in your initial post and I meant it when I said thank you at the end of my message. Girlhome, I'm with you that the posts from people who haven't done any research at all are annoying- just trying to point out that there is another side to the issue worth considering.

Anyhow, and I hope this makes all of you laugh (including Pepe), on a whim I just did a search on the word "whiner" on this forum. Shows up about 37 times, almost all either from Pepe or people responding to Pepe, dating back 5 years! It's a word he likes, clearly a pet peeve (which, ironically, I happen to share), applied at will to all kinds of folks, and clearly not to be taken too personally. I'll let it go at that. I really won't post on this thread again- someone else can have the last word if they want it. And I honestly do appreciate the support and information that everyone offers here.
