Oh, not those 'stone's...

Maybe I'm topsy turvy...

I think the but pee is mostly bile in my case.
I venture to say that it is for most...yellow=bile

I think that the fat melting via the Master-Cleanse cocktail triggers the liver in
my case. Especially with the swf. That's when I pass stones.

Citrus for some reason triggers my bile ducts and I have passed
many stones while on the MC. Most can't see them unless you
strain(God, I've got some weird habits,hey look!).

Off cleanse , orange juice in qty also keeps my liver clean as well
by acting as a 'reverse enema'(that and AJ)

I have eaten pretty healthy for the last 30 years...meat free ,egg/milk free.
low amonts of cheese(none anymore),chemicals, preservatives ,coloring,etc...

I always do the Master-Cleanse program to the 'T' and get these great results....I think
that has a lot to do with it....for me the body gets in the zone only when a routine is established...bouncing around on the MC, skimping , skipping, over excercising,spoons of maple,p&b shakes,etc, in my case set me back.

I know the body is supposed to mfg a quart or so of bile a day. In my case I think that even on the cleanse I do and I credit the fat being released by the Mc Cocktail. I also think I have a really health liver that purges when it needs to.

I was under the belief that bile was produced by the body for the digestion of fat...still am...figure a pound of fat is about 3000-3500 calories, I take in 1200 calories per day on the mc(10-12 full strength mc cocktails),so those 2000+ calories are coming from somewhere,eh...

The Master-Cleanse ,when I follow the exact program, does the trick as well as any Liver Flush ever has.


I'm starting my 30 dayer tomorrow...maybe 50. I'll be a fixture here again!

thanks for bringing that question up...it really is confusing . And thanks for the great responses...I've always been confused with the issue of order...
