A little story:

When I was just a nubee and doing my research on all the cleanses I put in my time reading throught the forums I started dreading all these things the MC the LF the PC cuase folks keep whining about the SWF, the taste of the oil in the LF, the butt pee, being hungry and on and on. All I read had me convinced that it was all gonna be a nightmare ordeal. I was determined to press on and did. After every one of the mixes and situation everything without exception was no big deal at all as a matter of fact some of it was even pleasant.

Good thing I was determined but I can see where weaker folks that really needed the cleanses could be turned off or reinforce whatever inclinations they had about being negative. In every single instance that I would dread some mixture and it turned out not to be a big deal at all. All I could think was what a buncha whiners!! and the harm and diservice these people are doing to themselves and the usefulness of these cleanses and forums. The word has now become like roach spray. One little squirt and they come scurrying out of the woodwork ;+D

Glad you have all this time to put forth to useless searches but at least you got something useful out of this and learned how to use the search function perhaps now you will use it for something more useful ;+D. So there now you can make that 38 times on your list ;+D
