Agreed on all. Iodine is the most overlooked essential element. To this day, no study has yet been done establishing the total body requirement of iodine. The RDI of 150 mcg daily is analogous to that of vitamin C, which is the minimum amount necessary to prevent one obvious manifestation.
I think Doctor Abraham, Dr. Brownstein, and the Japanese have now clearly shown that the body's total daily need of Iodine is about 12 - 15 milligrams, and that only 3% of total body Iodine is contained in thyroid.
