that wasn't enough LOL! I have been looking for specific references and have not found one yet. However, IF the Iodine works systematically, there is indirect benefit to the liver.

the liver is a part of the endocrine system and does produce hormones and ALL hormone productivity and regulation seem to be affected by Iodine levels.
