I've been aware of Price for a looong time, was just introduced to Nourishing Traditions this summer by a friend. I was initially put off by the liver stuff...eeewww...anyway, I did end up buying the "Nourishing Traditions" book although this will be the first time I've cooked from it. The next time I do, I'll be sure to post in the forum.
I have tried different dietary systems, vegetarian, vegan, I love eating raw(in the summer). But I, personally, need some meat. Not a lot, but I do need it. When I came off of being vegan, that first bite of chicken did NOT repulse me in the least. Every cell in my body said YES! It will take some major thinking to do the liver stuff, though...although I DID ask at my local grocer when they'll be getting some in..1 week...do I dare? EEEEEK!
