Re: Absolute Phenomenal Mineral Source
I try very hard to, but much of it is much more time consuming, and don't always have that much time, got bills to pay, ya know!
One thing I do try to keep up with is the stock because it is good for so many things. I like to keep the initial stock simple (usually anyway) and then have available to make soups, sauce, etc from, or just by itself feels nourishing.
I've use her salad dressings alot, many of the salads and vegatable recipes. I soak my rice, beans, and oatmeal with whey made from yogurt. Soak nuts with salt water (sea salt of course). Most of those things I find doable, because you just put together and let stand. I have done some of her fermented but not for a while now, would like to get back to that. I saw your kimchi recipe and that looks good also. Some of the soups also. Some of the dishes serves to many and don't want leftover same thing all week long! I'm not necessarily that good at reducing the recipe down to one! I'm sure your stock will be great!
