Hi Carol! Yes, I soaked the bones, brought to boil, removed scum, transferred to crock pot, added vegs and now I will let cook for at least a day...I've made stocks before but the vinegar thing is new to me.
I might turn this into soup, I dunno...? I guess that depends on how much initiative I have tomorrow. :)
