Re: Absolute Phenomenal Mineral Source

I know what you mean about the ramped down dinner! Good thing I have some ready made red cabbage (recipe from her book) and grean beans with pecans (not from her book) leftover, so just to reheat - not in the micro wave, I know! She cooks her vegs lightly, so they are not totally devoid, I know they do loose enzymes. Probably a little fish or chicken on the side. Have some beets to prepare for Kvass, but that won't be ready for a couple of days.

I'm glad to be seeing more of an interest in Price's work, or at least it seems to be, and would really love to see the Nourishing Traditions forum more active. It has been a little more lately, but, would love to explore more of what works for different people and what doesn't. How others following traditional and whole foods prepare, etc. etc.

Enjoy your yam or salad - why not both!
