About starting to traverse the terrain...once you do, you are off on a wild trip. You think OP will freak him out, wait until you do your first liver flush. I believe many of us have here on the OP forum have liver flushed. It's a gold standard here.

And it's not just the raw food you will start to read about, it will be cayenne pepper, and oxygen and Hydrogen Peroxide, collodial silver, and bee pollen and vitamin C therapies, and enzymes and colon cleansing, and parasites all manners of minerals and herbs and vitamins....the list is exhaustive. And once you start posting little questions, and start doing your own research, you will more than likely desire to try this or that. All it takes is one feeling like something sounds "right" and the rest just falls down like a deck of cards.

So, it would be too bad if you had to do this secretively. But you will know the way as you move along.
