Parsley is very good for you, and it actually tastes great! I even use steeped parsley in my face masks because it's a skin lightener as well! Topically you can use lemon juice on your dark circles because that is a skin lightener as well. Just keep it away from you eyes!!
Topical aside, dehydration may be key for you. And as far as pop....I can't even go there, it's like eating spoonfuls of sugar. They say you can drink a swimming pool full of water and still not be hydrated without proper minerals in your water. My Dad used to take salt tablets when he was gardening to keep hydrated. When I first heard about Sea Salt , it made total sense to me.
I used distilled water only. I use Himalayan Sea Salt ...just a pinch in a full glass of water. You can't even taste it.
