So, you just take cold showers? For how long? Just the last two weeks? I am having the same problems, the last few pounds keep holding on no matter what I do. What if you showered in warm water then at the end rinsed off in cold water for a few minutes? How have the sitz helped you? I read a while back MH posted that cold water will make you harder, but I wasn't sure exactly what he meant by that.
