Wow, I don't know if I've heard it put like that (#1,2,3) before. At least, never thought of it exactly like that. Puts things in a different perspective, for sure.
I guess I'm doing pretty good on #1 and #2, fair anyway. I drink distilled water, bathe in filtered water. We have pretty much eliminated the toxic chemicals around the house and I think the overall house environment is pretty stable. The thing that concerns me mostly is the bedroom while I sleep - the whole thing about breathing in what you just breathed out. My windows are permanently sealed. I have a fairly big room with high ceilings, so I have put in some large houseplants (peace lilies and something else) near my bed. Hoping that they can balance out my breathing with their breathing.
I would love to sleep outdoors in spring and fall, sounds great...
