Ok - I was on Antibiotics for a week when I was 19 but that was for glandular fever. i dont know if that has had any effect.

And no, we are not talking about a few zits every week or two! it USED to be a few zits at one time.. then I went on dianette (a year go) aand I came of it in January. Since then, i have been breaking out horribly and it seems to be spreading. i have it bad around my temple area, running down my hairline and spreading onto my cheeks. Its like loads of little zits which dont show too much but then a lot of them turn into white heads. it has also travelling down to my neck and chest and back.. i just dont understand it.

My diet alone is obviously not enough..... Tweet
