Re: stop the obsession

Liss

Thank you for your kind and indepth reply. I was going to email you but couldnt se eyour address?

I wholeheartedly agree with everything you say. I know I seem desperate from my post and I guess I am sometimes. It is not like in the beginning though where I WAS desperate and looking for a quick fix. I dont feel like anyone should have to accept Acne and i think there is a cure out there for everybody, after all... I have only had it a couple of years and never did as a teenager.

My current skin care routine is very simple, I do not believe in topicals at *all*. I wash with warm water and then splash it with freezing cold water, I then sometimes apply aloe vera (100%). You are soo right about makeup, I feel awful when I weear it, I never wear it now, not even when I go out for the night.

It does take up far more of my energy than it should do and I do need to work on everything you have said, I just dont know how. I just feel so self concious everytime I am outside. I just feel like life is passing me by sometimes... how do i stop thinking about it? I just dont know how.

Thanks again for your kind message
