Hi - new to this site - eagerly reading up on all this information... have lots to do, liver flush, parasite cleanse, colon... but want to start with this Bowel Cleanse thing.. first...Mon if possible!!! (While I'm not at work!)

It probably sounds like a silly question - but where do you get betonite from chemist?, health shop...?? and powered psyllium??
