so would u also strongly advise that the shakes were never drunk b4 bed or late evening? thats when we sleep and u cant drink all that fluid when u sleep. should only get taken in mornings, noon and mid afternoons to u have time to dribk all that water throughout the day, yeah.

ps. do the shakes pull out heavy metals too? is that what "toxins" are? Tweet
